They where a hoodie with a color that goes up to their nose, obscuring their mouth, and baggy jeans with red and white shoes. They have an annoyed / angry look that Voltorb is iconic for and their face.

Regional variants of Koffing and Weezing. They look quite similar to the ones we all know and love except they are a sickly yellow-green and have purple flowers across their body that spurt out irritating pollen in place of gas. They both have rounder teeth then the Kantonian forms and both have smiles with a glob of snot hangs from their… nose? Face? Somewhere where I think nostrils could be. Is it even snot? Weezing’s third ball head thing (the one without the face) looks is a bush with flowers.
